MacGill PC Welcomes Three Commercial Litigation Associates
Cecelia Satterthwaite; Elizabeth Merritt; Mackenzie Thompson, M.B.A.
MacGill PC is pleased to welcome three Commercial Litigation Associates to the Firm. These three exceptional attorneys will further bolster the Firm’s ability to support its clients in high-stakes commercial disputes pending in federal and state courts throughout the country. All three lawyers worked at the Firm during law school, allowing them to fully integrate into the MacGill PC team upon their return to the Firm this fall.
J. Cecelia Satterthwaite (Shaulis) -
Before joining MacGill PC, Cecelia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark J. Dinsmore of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Cecelia received her juris doctor, summa cum laude, from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During law school, she was an Executive Board member of the Indiana Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. Cecelia received her B.A. from Indiana University - Bloomington.
Ella graduated summa cum laude from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she served as Executive Notes Editor for the Indiana Law Review. During law school, Ella served as a research assistant on tax legislation matters and as an extern in a major felony court. Ella received her B.A. from Indiana University, where she also minored in Spanish.
Mackenzie received her Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her M.B.A. from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. During law school, Mackenzie was a member of the Order of the Barristers and served as a research assistant on taxation matters. She also served on the Student Advisory Board for the Kelley School of Business. Mackenzie earned her B.S. in Management from Indiana University - Bloomington.
